- קח זווית של מערכת הינע
- קח קריאת זווית משותפת סרן
- כדי לחשב עבור זוויות נכונות:
  - ההבדל בין זווית קו ההינע לזווית ההעברה יהיה זווית העבודה של מפרק ההילוכים.
  - ההבדל בין זווית קו ההינע לזווית הסרן יהיה זווית העבודה של מפרק הסרן.
  - שתי זוויות העבודה של תיבת ההילוכים והציר חייבות להיות שוות.

    הילוכים הם 3 מעלות כלפי מטה
    קו ההינע הוא 7.5 מעלות כלפי מטה
    סרן אחורי הוא 12 מעלות כלפי מטה

    12 מינוס 7.5 שווים 4.5 מעלות, מַתָן 4.5 זוויות עבודה שוות
Axles טנדם או רכב עם יחידות עזרו – בעת ביצוע קריאות על סרני הנעה טנדם או בין סרן עזר לאחורי, אותם עקרונות חלים כמו בכלי רכב עם סרן יחיד. קח קריאות בין תיבת הילוכים לציר טנדם קדמי, או עזר. קח קריאות בין סרנים או בין עזר לציר. במילים אחרות, קח קריאות זווית עבור כל סט של מפרקים אוניברסליים

גבולות עבודת זווית משותפים (ללא Parallel)

מומלץ כי זווית העבודה המשותפת המרבית עבור מכלולים משותפים שאינם מקבילים לא יעלה על אורך ההינע הראשי מחולק 10. לדוגמה, אם אורך ההינע העיקרי הוא 55, זווית העבודה המשותפת המרבית היא 55 מחולק ב 10 אוֹ 5.5 מעלות. (מגבלה זו אינה חלה על interaxle drivelines.)

התאמות axle

זוויות Axle עשויים להיות מותאמות בדרך כלל על ידי אחת הדרכים הבאות, תלוי בסוג של סרן.

התאם מוטות מומנט, אם סוג מתכווננת.
הוסף או הקטנת אורך של מוטות מומנט בלתי מתכווננים.
הוסף או צמצם את מספר ה-shims מאחורי סוגריים של מוטות מומנט.
השתמש בכמות הנכונה של שיבולים מתחת לקפיץ לרפידת הציר.

מתלים - אברת זווית Shaft

יהיה מעט או ללא שינוי של זווית אברת סרן עם סוגים של השעיות יש בו תנועת מקבילית. אלה מאפשרים מעטה ההפרש לנוע מעלה ומטה אנכי ישר במהלך המבצע.
השעיות לא שיש תזוזת מקבילית תאפשר פיר אברת הסרן להתנדנד בתנועה קשתית, ובכך הרף זווית פיר אברה במהלך המבצע. כמות של רטט שונה יכולה להתרחש הנגרמת על ידי זוויות עבודה של מפרקים האוניברסליים להיות לרגע שוויוני.
