Pro Gear & Transmission, Orlando’s best heavy-duty transmission & differential shop, is looking for a motivated parts salesperson interested in building relationships and engaging customers. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling products and services, and face-to-face counter sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service, assess the customer’s needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, and availability
• Develop sustainable relationships with potential customers
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Fulfills parts orders – order entry, packing and shipping.
• Receive stock inventory (via freight and commercial carriers
• Stock parts and accessories in correct bin locations
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and appearance
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• This position requires high-level physical activity (standing/walking/lifting/carrying continuously)
• Able to lift 50-lbs unassisted.
• Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
