Eaton’s 18-speed (RTLO series) is a twin-countershaft manual with a five-position front section (Lo plus 1–4), a Lo/Hi range and a splitter, giving 18 forward speeds at torque ratings from 1,450 to 2,250 lb-ft depending on model.
